PC Setup

Once you get your new PC home, you need to set it up. Aside from the basic cabling, there are many things to be considered when doing this including: security, maintenance scheduling and migration of data (from an older system to the new one). Some companies will charge you as much as $230 for this service. You will pay less than one-third that rate with us for the same service!

Network Setup

Whether you need a single computer connected to the Internet or a mixed network of computers including wireless access points, you need a clean and secure network. We take the time to understand your needs and craft your network to meet them. Don't risk your network's security!

Troubleshooting and Repair

Eventually, even a computer under the best care will have a problem. With more than 20 years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software, we are able to solve almost any problem. We are so confident in our ability to solve your problem that if we can't, our service call will cost you nothing!

Training

You finally purchased a new PC and set it up, now what? We will teach you what you want to know to get you going with your computer. Whether it is basic word processing skills, email and web-browsing, or using your iPod with iTunes, we will help you learn the skills you need at your pace.
